Licenses
✓ ATF Verified Licensee
Federal Firearms License (FFL)
Rock House Firearms, LLC holds an active Type 07 – Manufacturer of Firearms Other Than Destructive Devices, Federal Firearms License issued by the ATF under 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44.
Special Occupation Tax (SOT)
Rock House Firearms holds an active Type 02 SOT designation under the National Firearms Act (27 CFR 479.36), authorizing us to manufacture and transfer NFA items including short barreled rifles, short barreled shotguns, and silencers. This is commonly referred to as a “Class 3 License”
